WASH N GO STYLING: Squeeze your desired amount of Miss Jessie’s Curly Pudding® into your palms. Smooth damp hair section by section from the root to the ends. Repeat until you have applied Miss Jessie’s Curly Pudding® to every area of your head. Do not rinse out—air dry or diffuse dry.
SHINGLING™ METHOD: Wash and condition hair with Miss Jessie’s® Super Sweetback Treatment®. Apply a palmful or more of Miss Jessie’s Curly Pudding® all over damp hair so it does not dry out while styling. From ear to ear, in horizontal 2-inch broad sections, no more than ½ inch tall, use a rat tail comb to rake Miss Jessie’s Curly Pudding® from root to end. Next, use your index and middle finger in a scissor-like formation to flatten and smooth the hair with this curl enhancing cream applied onto the hair shaft in a downward motion from root to end. Continue the process until the entire head is complete. Sit under an overhead dryer for 1 hour or air-dry until completely dry.
FOR MAXIMUM ELONGATION: Grab a section and stretch downward with tension after thoroughly drying the curls. You are using a blow dryer with a nozzle attachment (not a comb attachment); blast heat from root to midshaft to experience more length. Enjoy our hair pudding for natural hair as you take the day!

All items bought through our webshop, Bobbys.no, can according to Norwegian law be returned or exchanged within 14 days. However, products need to be in same state as when purchased, which means they can not have been used and have to be packaged in same way, with all packaging intact, as when they were received.
RETURN:
To use your right to exchange or return, fil out the Right of Withdrawal form that you have received in your order confirmation mail and pack this together with the items you wish to return. Send the items back to the following address: Bobbys Hair & Cosmetics, Skippergata 23, 0154 Oslo. At the same time, send us a mail to kundeservice@bobbys.no with which items you are returning, your initial order number and the tracking details of the return parcel.
Once the items are received we will confirm via mail and refund your purchase via the same payment option used when placing the order (Klarna or Vipps). Please note that it might take 2-3 days for the return to be registered.
Please note that customers have to send return or exchange items back to us on their own cost and that you are responsible for the package until it is delivered to us.

If you want to exchange, send the item back to us as in the procedure above and order the new item in a separate order.
