We offer shipping via Posten/Bring throughout Norway. Orders over kr 1000 are free of freight costs and the default shipping method is then Pakke til Hentested / Klimanøytral Servicepakke. You have the option to choose your own collection point with this freight method. Other shipping options, such as Home delivery are also available.
We pack and ship all our orders from our store in Oslo, so returns should also be shipped back to us. If you wish to return an item or exchange it, you must send it back to us in the same condition as when you received it. It must also not be opened or have the seal broken. This is especially important in regards to hair products, extensions and wigs as they are regarded as hygienic products.
If you wish, you can purchase a return shipping label from us for NOK 99.- or you can send the items back to us on your own cost. If you choose to buy a label from us, we will deduct the cost of this from the return payment.
I accordance with Angrerettloven §15 first section, it states that return costs should be beared by the consumer. If it however is a complaint on the goods and there is something wrong with them, we will of course bear the costs of returning the goods.
We have a 14 days exchange policy from when you receive the goods in according Norwegian law, Angrerettloven §19. Please note that this is only valid if the product is not opened and the seal is intact. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us.

By using our package for human hair care, we can guarantee that you have given your new extensions the best care. We DO NOT guarantee life of extensions that have been cared for with the products other than our Kera Care Extension Maintenance Pack.
Colouring of Hair Extensions:
Coloring and especially bleaching of Bobbys Extensions is NOT recommended under any circumstances. In the event of such color treatment , there is no warranty on our extensions.
One pack of Halo Extensions has 80 gm premium quality human hair. The extension is 25cm wide and comes with en extra pair of transparent strings and loops.
Bobbys One Human Hair Weft Extensions are a high quality product designed in Norway by Bobbys. This is “sew on hair” which is sewn into braids, instead of using tape or clips.

For lange rastafletter, ned til midt på ryggen, i normal tykkelse trengs det 4-5 pakker.
For cornrows trengs det normalt kun 1 pakke.
