Shipping and Return

We offer shipping via Posten/Bring throughout Norway. Orders over kr 1000 are free of freight costs and the default shipping method is then Pakke til Hentested / Klimanøytral Servicepakke. You have the option to choose your own collection point with this freight method. Other shipping options, such as Home delivery are also available.

We pack and ship all our orders from our store in Oslo, so returns should also be shipped back to us. If you wish to return an item or exchange it, you must send it back to us in the same condition as when you received it. It must also not be opened or have the seal broken. This is especially important in regards to hair products, extensions and wigs as they are regarded as hygienic products.

If you wish, you can purchase a return shipping label from us for NOK 99.- or you can send the items back to us on your own cost. If you choose to buy a label from us, we will deduct the cost of this from the return payment.

I accordance with Angrerettloven §15 first section, it states that return costs should be beared by the consumer. If it however is a complaint on the goods and there is something wrong with them, we will of course bear the costs of returning the goods.

We have a 14 days exchange policy from when you receive the goods in according Norwegian law, Angrerettloven §19. Please note that this is only valid if the product is not opened and the seal is intact. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us.

    Håret er kvalitetssikret og laget av 100% ekte indisk hår. Håret er fløyelsmykt, glatt og motstandsdyktig, og det varer lenge​. 40 cm er en flott lengde for deg som ønsker litt lengre og fyldigere hår.

     

    Hvordan ta vare på dine extensions?

    -Vask etter behov, men maksimalt en gang i uken. En tommelfingerregel er å vaske de hver syvende gang du bruker dem.

    -Vask forsiktig med mild sjampo, balsam og hårkur som er egnet til hair extensions. Bobbys kan ikke garantere for andre sjampoer enn de vi anbefaler, som for eksempel: Hydrating Detangling shampoo og Humecto Creme Conditioner fra KeraCare.

    -Bruk alltid et varmebeskyttende produkt ved varmestyling.
